Like for example how Amazon.com company formed a partnership with the cargo so as to ensure customer service in terms of delivery. Or why for some books or products can not be shipped to countries like Indonesia. My conclusion of this book is too thin to write business at Amazon.com. Maybe I should choose another, more comprehensive book to dissect Amazon.com.
Lastly, I really like the motto of Jeff Bezos, namely "Work hard, have fun, make history.
